Talent Houz is seeking a passionate and driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join a well-established company in the quarry, building materials, and ready-mix concrete industry.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales operations, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in driving growth while ensuring excellent service and support to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales operations including processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and providing customer support.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, projects, and distributors.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales records, reports, and customer databases.

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer management, preferably in quarry, building materials, or ready-mix concrete industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

  • Proactive, aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities, and results-driven.

  • Responsible, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
