Job Title: Trainer

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to equip new and existing agents with the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service. This role ensures training quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires, including systems, product knowledge, processes, and soft skills.
  • Design and update training materials, manuals, and assessments to meet business needs.
  • Identify training needs through performance trends and feedback from Team Leaders and Quality Assurance.
  • Facilitate refresher courses and upskilling sessions to improve agent performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI tracking.
  • Work closely with Operations and QA teams to ensure training aligns with service quality standards.
  • Maintain training records and reports accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending process or training enhancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment; at least 1 year in training or coaching preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English (additional languages an advantage).
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online training tools.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
