Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Johore, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service team members. Daily tasks include assessing training needs, creating training materials, conducting workshops, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to improve team performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the customer service team maintains high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training sessions and engage with team members.
- Minimum 1 year
experience as a
Trainer
in a BPO/Contact Centre Environment - Ability to evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable feedback.
- Proficiency in training needs analysis, content development, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Have strong learning ability, error correction ability and question-answering ability, and good presentation skills.
- Familiar with the composition of the training system and proficient in making various types of training materials.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt training strategies to fit diverse learning styles and changing business needs.
