About Us

Printlab is a fast-growing online printing company in Malaysia, offering high-quality printing services such as business cards, stickers, packaging boxes, books, brochures, and large format prints. We serve SMEs, designers, and corporate clients across Malaysia.

We are expanding our online support team and looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer who can handle enquiries and convert them into sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend all incoming enquiries via WhatsApp chat promptly.
  • Provide product information, printing advice, quotations, and order guidance to customers.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed sales by recommending suitable products and upselling when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers who requested quotations or information to secure the order.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate job processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update order status in the internal system.
  • Build positive customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Handle simple customer issues professionally and escalate complicated cases to supervisors.
  • Ensure response time within company guidelines (e.g., reply within 5 minutes).
  • Achieve monthly sales target.

Working Hours

  • Saturday to Friday (6 days/week)
  • 2.30 PM – 11.00 PM
  • Break: 7.00 PM – 8.00 PM
  • Sunday Off

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and basic Chinese (advantage).
  • Good typing speed and ability to multitask in WhatsApp chats.
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and friendly personality.
  • Ability to learn printing products and pricing quickly.
  • Willing to work afternoon/evening shifts.
