Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Petaling Jaya. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. The role involves collecting, documenting, and clearly communicating requirements between teams, as well as developing meaningful insights to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including evaluating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent Communication Skills for clear collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Business Processes and determining areas for optimization
  • Ability to draft and validate Business Requirements aligned with organizational objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Familiar with data flow documents
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry is a plus
