Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Petaling. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and developing business processes. Daily tasks include communicating with stakeholders, identifying business needs, and proposing solutions to enhance business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform detailed business analysis
  • Experience in developing and optimizing business processes
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Petaling
  • Knowledge of decarbonisation and carbon footprint management is a plus
