  • Develop creative concepts, cover designs, and visual elements aligned with the publication's branding and editorial direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the editorial, marketing, and content teams to produce visually engaging materials.
  • Liaise with authors, editors, and printers to ensure design accuracy, print quality, and timely delivery of publications.
  • Prepare artwork and layouts for printing, ensuring proper formatting, color consistency, and high production standards.
  • Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, social media visuals, and digital ads to support publication and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media platforms, including creating visual content.
  • Assist in video shooting for podcasts and social media (e.g. reels), and perform basic video editing to enhance audience engagement.
  • Support company events, including setting up displays, preparing visual materials, and capturing photos or videos during events.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital outputs.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet publication deadlines.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in the publishing and media industries.
