FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to be part of our team. Must be resourceful and is able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Handle full sets of accounts including tax and other finance and accounting related matters.

· Ensure accurate data entry to accounting systems and timely presentation of monthly and year end closing reports / financial information.

· Responsible to comply with accounting principles and standards, practices, procedures and company policies.

· Collating, preparing and interpreting financial reports and statement.

· Manage day to day finance operations activities, daily banking and cash flow.

· Responsible to secure revenue / payments, resolve discrepancies and to maximize cash flow for the company by achieving monthly collection.

· Payroll

· Play a vital role in monitoring and improving the financial operations performance of the company.

· Responsible for portfolio of business partners, agreement and special assignment.

· GST, SST and corporate tax submission. Knowledge of E-invoice is added advantage.

· All others related issues assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / LCCI or equivalent.

· Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably from manufacturing environment

· Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.

· Required skill(s) : Familiar with ERP integration accounting, MS Excel and MS word.

· Knowledge of MFRS and compliance issues.

· Confident, self-motivated, strong leadership, management skill, performance driven and impeccable integrity.

· Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (write and speak)

· Good analytical skill, initiative, organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and result-oriented.

· Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM7,914.13 per month
