Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top quality and friendly customer service·
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards·
  • Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly·
  • Handle overall operations and reports to submit·
  • Attend to customer's concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies' policy·
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations·
  • Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages·
  • Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Willing to learn and enjoy meeting people
  • Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin
  • Punctual and discipline.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Required to work on weekends and public holiday
