Job Scope
Provide administrative support to Lodgement and Compliance Team
Assist with preparing and managing documents, letters and forms
- Follow up with clients on compliance-related matters
- Assist in conducting routine due diligence and organize supporting documents
- Handle post-filing document organization for the team
- Coordinate the collection of documents for statutory compliance
Support to Customer Service Team
Maintain and update clients' statutory records in the internal system
- Update and manage the client database, including handling and organizing clients' personal and confidential information
- Conduct video verification with clients
- Liaise and follow up with clients as needed to gather or clarify information
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues and Department Heads to coordinate and support client service requirements
General Administrative Duties
Handle any other administrative tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Heads
- Diploma or higher education with 1-year relevant working experience preferred
- Candidates with prior experience in corporate secretarial work or a legal background are preferred
- Must be able to work towards deadlines and according to SOPs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients
- Good working attitude with communication skills, and able to perform under pressure, and ability to multi-task
- Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to start within short notice is preferred
