About the role

Tallahesse Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Executive to join our thriving finance team. In this full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and other key financial tasks to support the overall operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and record accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Process and record accounts receivable invoices and SOA
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Prepare reconciliations for SOA from supplier.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department and admin department as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an account payable or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to speak and read Mandarin is an advantage.
