REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in manufacturing environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate the internal bidding team to manage RFQs and ensure timely completion of all proposal deliverables.
  2. Review and interpret customer RFQ requirements and documentation.
  3. Liaise with cross-functional departments (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality etc) to gather required inputs for quotation preparation.
  4. Prepare, compile, and issue comprehensive bid proposals in accordance with customer and company requirements.
  5. Act as a customer liaison for technical and commercial query clarifications, ensuring clear and prompt communication between the customer and internal bidding team.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all RFQs, proposals, and related correspondence.
  7. Monitor and track bid status, submission deadlines and post-bid follow-ups.
  8. Support internal bid reviews and contribute to pricing and proposal strategies.
  9. Assist in continuous improvement of bid management processes, templates, and tools.
