Job Description:

  • Accurately input financial data into accounting software and ensure the integrity of information.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, and document management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting practices, software, and regulations through ongoing professional development.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Diploma / LCCI / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Responsible, good working attitude, organised and good interpersonal skills.
