About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Admin Executive to join our growing team. As a Billing Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoicing for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Sibu, Sarawak.

What you'll be doing

  1. Generating and processing invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Reconciling client accounts and ensuring prompt payment of invoices
  3. Collaborating with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reports
  4. Providing support to the sales team by answering billing-related queries from clients
  5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
  6. Identifying and resolving any billing discrepancies or issues
  7. Maintaining detailed documentation and records of all billing activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar billing or administrative role, preferably in the administration and office support industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Excel for financial tasks
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes and best practices
