We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable exposure to procurement processes, supplier engagement, and basic data analysis. The intern will support the procurement team in sourcing activities, supplier communication, and internal coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing products, services, and suppliers based on internal requirements
- Compile and compare quotations from vendors to support decision-making
- Perform basic price analysis and provide summary reports
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
- Contact suppliers to gather required product information or quotations
- Support the maintenance of procurement records and documentation
- Assist in simple data entry and analysis tasks to support cost-efficiency tracking
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination between departments and suppliers
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Able to multitask and manage timelines effectively
