Job responsibilities

  • Ability to develop and implement content strategy that aligns with the overall e-commerce goals and brand identity.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and tools, and integrate new solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales.

  • Implement strategies to enhance online sales, optimize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.

  • Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the e-commerce website to ensure a seamless user experience and effective sales funnel.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities.

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and content to drive sales, increase online presence, and achieve business objectives.

  • Liaise and maintain good business relationship with E-commerce market places

  • Having knowledge of healthcare products

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to think out of the box.
  • Strong leadership with strategic vision and drive.
  • Structured and has good analytical skills.
  • Understand of E-Commerce and Apps backend system.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Sensitive towards current trend and familiar with digital industry.
  • Eager to learn and willing to explore every available opportunity or resources to develop.
