- Assist in coordinating updates and modifications of all department's progress and performance including KPIs and monthly reports of the department.
- Support Registrar in managing the main campus and branch campus operations.
- Supports Registrar in implementing special initiatives to transform and sustain the operations of the company.
- Support Registrar in implementing the Performance Appraisal System in the company and prepare reports for management reviews.
- Create and maintain the internal documentation in accordance with MOHE and MQA policies and guidelines.
- Create and maintain internal and external meetings, and take minutes of meetings.
- Actively participate in the company events like Graduation Ceremonies, Alumni Events, and Annual Dinners.
- Draft letters, memos, circulars, and proposals for board approval.
