Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Process vendor invoices and prepare payment requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date AP records and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Assist with vendor queries and resolve discrepancies when needed.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Record incoming payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts.

3. Journal Voucher Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Ensure that journal entries are accurate and compliant with internal policies.

4. Bank Reconciliation:

  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements with the company's financial records.

5. Other Tasks:

  • Manage the daily finance daily activity like payables, receivables, banking, filing, record transaction and finance task assign by Finance Manager
  • Growth towards handling Full Set of Accounts with proper guidance

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any related field
  • Both Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
