Job Summary

The Warehouse / E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely fulfilment of all online orders across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and KPJHS platforms. This role supports high-volume order processing, proper stock management, and operational readiness during peak campaigns, roadshows, and hospital events.

Key Responsibilities (Improved & Expanded)

· Pick, pack, and process daily online orders with accuracy based on the correct platform (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).

· Ensure proper packaging standards, including bubble wrap, fragile handling, bundling, and correct parcel labelling.

· Perform stock counts, cycle counts, expiry checks, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

· Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items, update stock, and organise warehouse storage for easy product retrieval.

· Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickup, track parcel movement, and troubleshoot delivery issues.

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs including FIFO (First In, First Out).

· Prepare event stock, samples, promotional items, and logistic arrangements for roadshows, booths, and hospital activities.

· Assist E-Commerce team with replenishment, stock transfers, and urgent order fulfilment during peak sales/campaigns.

· Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound items (DO, stock forms, return forms).

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in warehouses, logistics, retail operations, or fulfilment is an added advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to handle daily lifting, movement, and box management.
  • Fast learner, disciplined, reliable, and able to meet strict fulfilment deadlines.
  • Able to work overtime or extended hours during peak campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
