  • Must be able to gain transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, organisation, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, analytical and good organisation and planning skills.
  • Possess good communication skills in oral and written in Malay and English.
  • willing to work on weekends and long hours to handle student's activities/events

Job Description:

  • Handle communication with student, staff, parents, and other stakeholders through various platforms including email, WhatsApp and Student Portal.
  • Involve with planning, organising and implimenattion of student activities throughout the year.
  • Actively seeking for sponsorship for external parties such as NGO's, government etc, for Student Affair events.
  • Lead the orientation and College Activity Week (CAW) for the new students
  • Administer bookings and maintenance for campus facilities resolve related issues promptly.
  • Work closely with faculty advisor and student leaders to oversee and support the growth of student clubs and societies.
  • Working closely with lecturer advisors in overseeing clubs and societies, as well as alongside the student leaders to provide them the best possible support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management of Vision University College

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
