Support the contract and QS team in cost estimation, subcontract management, and project documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Description

  • Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ).
  • Source and call for quotations from suppliers/subcontractors, including preparing cost comparison.
  • Prepare Letters of Award (LA) for subcontractors.
  • Prepare and process subcontractor payment certificates.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently.
  • Good interrelationship skill.
