Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain full set of accounts.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Monitor and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Assist with audit preparation and other related accounting tasks.

Liaise with internal departments and external parties when necessary.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

At least 1 year of related working experience (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply).

Strong working knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM4,000 (commensurate with experience)
