About Our Client

Uchida MK Sdn Bhd (UMK) has been established since 1988 in Hicom Industrial Area, Shah Alam. We manufacture office furniture and cleanroom chairs mainly for the Japan market. Join our team and be a part of our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing?
  • Handle sales transactions: Process orders, issue invoices, and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries: Address inquiries, complaints, and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales service: Address post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers: Understand customer needs and offer suitable furniture solutions from our collection.
  • Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong relationships with local and Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication, coordinating product availability, and resolving any issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest trends and features of our products to effectively guide and advise customers.
  • Communicate effectively: Use English and Malay for internal coordination, collaborating with team members and participating in meetings.
  • Market planning and business development: Participate in market planning, analysis, and business development activities.
Who are they looking for?
  • Minimum Diploma: In Business Study, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience: In a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
  • Customer-focused mindset: Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with sales processes: Understanding of the sales industry.
  • Working experience in the furniture industry: Will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately: Will be an added advantage.
