Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, delivery coordination, or after-sales service are preferred.
  • However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory or order management systems.
  • Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well Problem-solving Skills to settle sudden cases
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)

Responsibility

  • Coordinate and arrange delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Make quick and effective decisions regarding delivery arrangements to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Learn and understand all company products to support sales and delivery coordination efficiently.
  • Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customers, sales representatives, warehouse, and logistics teams regarding order status and delivery updates.
  • Maintain and update all delivery and sales records in the system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders or deliveries professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Generate reports for sales and delivery activities when required.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.
