Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription screening, medication dispensing, inventory control, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
  • Provide professional medication counseling and product recommendations based on customer and patient needs.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through responsive service and timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movement, placing orders, and managing product display and expiry tracking.
  • Supervise and support daily retail operations to ensure smooth workflow and a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately manage prescription data entry, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales and service performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
