In this pivotal role, you will help attract, develop, and retain the exceptional talent that drives our future success across the region. If you are ready to lead with passion, vision, and lasting impact, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

What's in it for you?

What we will count on you to do:

  • Lead the regional Human Capital Management & Services team with tactical precision and strategic insight, collaborating closely with global Human Capital leadership and the APR Management team to drive initiatives that deliver real business impact.
  • Empower, inspire and ensure our Human Capital Services Managers have the skills to consistently deliver timely, high-quality outcomes that meet our high-performance expectations, setting a standard of operational excellence across the region.
  • Champion your team's growth and continuous development through formal training and coaching, fostering a culture based on empathy, curiosity, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving.
  • Oversee and support Human Capital Services Managers to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality business-as-usual operations.
  • Work closely with Market, Office, and other Human Capital Leaders to understand what's important to our diverse group of people, tailoring Human Capital policies to best serve their needs while addressing local nuances.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Marsh McLennan on Human Capital initiatives, representing the region effectively on key committees and project teams.
  • Lead human capital-related M&A activities, ensuring seamless operational integration and readiness to support growth and transformation.
  • Independently manage day-to-day employee relations issues, delivering timely, risk-mindful, and fair resolutions that maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Lead thorough and compliant investigations into grievances and misconduct, working autonomously to maintain fairness and protect company integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marsh McLennan Employee Relations team on complex cases, escalating issues appropriately and seeking expert advice to ensure effective resolution.
  • Advise and partner with key stakeholders—including Legal, Talent Managers, and Leadership—on employment law, policy interpretation, disciplinary matters, and performance management aligned with our global philosophy and approach.
  • Lead regional communications on policy updates and ensure consistent, equitable application of Human Capital policies, maintaining audit readiness with accurate data management focused on user experience.
  • Take full accountability for delivering efficient Human Capital operational functions including payroll, HRIS, personnel files, employee transactions, compliance, and auditing, ensuring smooth and reliable processes.
  • Standardize and continuously improve regional processes to support compliance and quality service delivery.
  • Use data-driven insights and operational metrics to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvements, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Lead and champion the regional Inclusion & Culture agenda, partnering with the Regional Inclusion & Culture Lead to build an inclusive, high-impact organizational culture.
  • Help build and maintain a fair, respectful, and confidential workplace culture founded on mutual trust.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in developing plans to address talent and people-related challenges or goals.
  • A track record of leading a high performing multinational team to deliver robust and innovative outcomes (while having fun along the way).
  • A proven ability to coach and advise senior leaders, including challenging perspectives to facilitate thorough evaluation of issues and options.
  • Curiosity to learn about Oliver Wyman and its people, building a thorough understanding to support our diverse job families.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data and various technologies to support informed decision making.
