Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Health Supplement Chemist to lead the formulation, development, and testing of nutritional and dietary supplement products. You will work closely with R&D, regulatory, and production teams to ensure product efficacy, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and formulate new health supplement products (capsules, powders, liquids, gummies, etc.)
  • Modify and improve existing formulas based on market trends and scientific findings
  • Conduct stability testing, compatibility studies, and quality evaluations
  • Work with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with NPRA and international guidelines
  • Source, evaluate, and approve raw materials and active ingredients
  • Create and maintain product documentation including COA, MSDS, and formulation sheets
  • Collaborate with manufacturing for pilot runs and scale-up processes
  • Provide technical support to marketing and customer service teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, or related field
  • Experience in supplement or nutraceutical formulation (preferred 1–3 years)
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Bonus:

Knowledge in prebiotic, probiotic, whitening, detox, or functional food ingredients is an advantage.
