What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess the accuracy, relevance and quality of search results generated by our AI algorithms
  2. Analyse search data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in our search operations
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments that test new search algorithms and features
  4. Generate detailed reports and recommendations to drive continuous optimisation of our search experience
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine evaluation and AI-powered search solutions
  6. Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to streamline search quality assurance

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in search quality evaluation, preferably in a technology or software company setting
  2. Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive decision-making
  3. Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing concepts
