SEO SPECIALIST

Working Mode: Hybrid (2 days from office and 3 days from home)

Job Type: 1-year Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to drive traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and improve online visibility for our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced SEO techniques, including backlink manipulation, CTR optimization, and the management of private blog networks (PBNs), all while balancing compliance risks with search engine guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.


• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to enhance visibility in search engines.


• Conduct in-depth keyword research, implementing keyword clustering, LSI strategies, and competitor gap analysis. Link Building & Backlink Manipulation


• Build and manage Private Blog Networks (PBNs) and Web 2.0 properties to enhance domain authority.


• Acquire high-quality backlinks through guest posts, niche edits, and link exchanges.


• Utilize expired domains and 301 redirects to gain SEO advantages. Content & CTR Manipulation


• Optimize clickbait headlines, engaging meta descriptions, and content spinning to increase CTR.


• Implement strategies for SERP click-through rate (CTR) manipulation using ethical methods.


• Manage AI-generated content to ensure adherence to SEO best practices. Traffic Generation & Engagement


• Leverage traffic strategies, including crowdsourced search traffic and social media automation.


• Engage with platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Telegram, Discord, and niche forums for covert marketing and link-building.


• Improve rankings through tactics like dwell time optimization and behavioral signals enhancement. Technical SEO & Risk Mitigation


• Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Employ techniques such as cloaking, IP redirects, and geo-targeted SEO for diverse markets.


• Implement spam-detection risk analysis and contingency plans to avoid penalties.

Required Skills:


• 3+ years of SEO experience,


• Proven experience with PBNs, link-building automation tools, and cloaking.


• Strong knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, GSA Search Engine Ranker, Scrapebox, Xrumer, Blackhat

and other SEO automation tools.


• Understanding of Google penalties, recovery strategies, and algorithm loopholes.


• Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, WordAI) and content spinning.


• Familiarity with web analytics, bot traffic analysis, and CTR manipulation techniques.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a high-risk, high-reward SEO environment
