Job Description

• Analyze global supply, demand, and inventory data for major oilseeds and vegetable oils.
• Monitor key market drivers such as weather events, policy shifts, trade dynamics, and biofuel demand.
• Deliver actionable insights and market forecasts to stakeholders.
• Develop accurate forecasts for Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and palm oil production across FGV's operations.
• Implement predictive models using historical and real-time data to guide operational strategies.
• Generate timely forecasts for national crude palm oil (CPO) production.
• Collaborate with industry bodies and leverage data to refine forecast accuracy.
• Perform detailed technical analyses using tools like Bollinger bands, RSI, and stochastics to predict medium-term price trends.
• Assess market conditions and price influencers to provide accurate forecasts for CPO pricing.
