Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Engineering & Maintenance team, including work scheduling and project monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing materials and equipment at the site.
  • Supervise site workers and monitor project progress, check deliveries, and update inventory stock.
  • Prepare related documentation and manage the filing system.
  • Review technical requirements based on architectural, C&S, and M&E drawings, and follow up with consultants, authorities, and municipal councils.
  • Conduct site visits as required.

Qualification:

  • At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Technology, Mechanical/Electrical (M&E) or any related technical field.
  • Ability to read and understand Architectural, C&S, and M&E drawings.
  • Preferably with experience in site supervision or project coordination (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to conduct site visits and work in project environments.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
