About The Job
As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with key clients, including architects, developers, and contractors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy connecting with people while promoting high-quality building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the central region
  • Engage with architects, developers, and contractors to promote products and solutions
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in project sales
  • Deliver professional product presentations and conduct site visits as required
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and provide continuous after-sales support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and timelines are met
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience in sales, ideally within building materials or related industries (training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel locally as required for client meetings and site visits
  • A passion for sales, customer engagement, and long-term relationship building
