Your Role:
  • Actively hunt and close new sales
  • Pitch, present, and promote products to clients
  • Work with targets and hit KPIs
  • Follow up with leads and build long-term relationships
  • Report daily/weekly progress to manager
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development

  2. Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  5. Customer Relationship Management

  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  8. Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

  9. Market Analysis & Strategy

  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  11. Provide insights to management for product improvements and marketing strategies.
  12. Develop and implement territory or sector-specific sales strategies.

  13. Reporting & Documentation

  14. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals.

  15. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  16. Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

  17. Collaboration & Training

  18. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams.

  19. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
  20. Share best practices and contribute to team success.
