Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Person - IT role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT sector, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's software testing services. Responsibilities include conducting client presentations, understanding client requirements, managing the sales process, and working closely with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer support and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients, present solutions effectively, and close deals.
  • Technical knowledge in IT-related products and services, particularly software testing, and the ability to understand and address client technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in IT sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software for sales reporting and communication.
  • Motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
