About the role

Theme Good Marketing is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Klang Valley. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives. The role requires occasional outstation travel within Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and enhance relationships with existing ones
  2. Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective implementation of campaigns and initiatives
  3. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence
  5. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing activities
  6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing management role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content creation
  6. Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur market and willingness to travel / outstation within Malaysia as required
