Role Description:

We are looking for a Sales Admin cum Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing operations, ensuring compliance with HDA requirements, smooth purchaser experience, and efficient reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide junior sales administrative staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle all sales administrative functions, including the preparation and checking of sales documentation for bank drawdown and legal purposes.
  • Maintain and update records of purchasers, unit availability, and sales status.
  • Track and monitor sales progress from booking, SPA signing, loan approval, to progressive bank drawdown stages.
  • Liaise and coordinate with purchasers, agents, solicitors, and bankers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with HDA (Housing Development Act) requirements and company standing operating procedures (SOP).
  • Assist in marketing and sales events when required, including weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years off experience in Sales and Administration within a property development company.
  • Strong understanding of HDA processes, Sales Documentation, and progressive billing workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and supervise junior executives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Willing to work in both Cheras and Klang offices, and on weekends during sales or marketing events.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
