Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement
    ETL/ELT data pipelines
    using Azure Data Factory and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain
    Data Lake / Lakehouse
    architectures.
  • Write and optimize complex queries using
    PySpark
    and
    T-SQL
    .
  • Perform
    data performance tuning
    and process optimization for scalability and reliability.
  • Prepare
    technical product specifications
    , documentation, and process flow diagrams.
  • Ensure
    data governance, integrity, and security compliance
    in line with
    GDPR
    and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions supporting business intelligence and analytics.

Technical Requirements :

  • 3+ years
    of experience in a similar Data Engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    and knowledge of variations across different RDBMS platforms.
  • Proficient in
    Python
    , especially for
    Spark
    data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Azure Synapse Data Engineering
    is
    essential
    .
  • Experience with
    Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering
    is
    preferred
    .
  • Skilled in
    Azure Data Factory
    pipeline design (ETL/ELT processes).
  • Experience with
    on-premises SQL Server (2016 and above)
    , including
    SSIS
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    C#
    (for Azure Function Apps).
  • Familiar with
    Microsoft development stack
    : Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
