Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Engineer located in Senai. The role is responsible for managing quality assurance functions, executing quality control procedures, and ensuring that product quality standards are consistently achieved. Key duties include analyzing production processes, assessing quality metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality management systems. The position also requires addressing quality-related concerns and ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in quality engineering, including problem-solving, process improvement, and product validation.
  • Skilled in quality control methods and tools to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance practices, product evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiar with quality management systems and methodologies, with added advantage for ISO-related knowledge or certifications.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, data analysis proficiency, and works well in cross-functional teams.
