Job Summary
The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality by identifying and resolving issues at their root cause. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to conduct failure analysis and prepare FA reports, defining and monitoring quality metrics across manufacturing processes, and tracking production yield rates. The engineer will supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, as well as collect and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and reliability.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Production Quality Engineer are responsible for identifying quality issues and getting to the root of the problem
- Collaborate with teams and suppliers to identify issues and conduct analysis for the FA report.
- Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitoring the entire production Yield Rate and reporting on malfunctions
- Supervise the implementation of solutions and preventive measures
- Generate/Collect quality data and perform analysis
Qualifications
- A degree or master in Electrical Electronic Engineering is a plus, but candidate with a related diploma will also be considered.
- Ideally the candidate should have around 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and issue handling.
- Experience in computer/storage server or data center industry is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, creative and persistent to serve the company.
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with teams across various departments, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
