Brand & Creative Executive
who lives and breathes branding, content, and storytelling. If you've managed social media, worked with KOLs, or driven brand campaigns and you're hungry to shape brand direction this is your opportunity.

 
Location:
 Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

 
Salary Range:
 RM4,500 – RM6,000

 
Experience:
 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal IP / Brand Management

  • Develop content direction and identity for internal creators (IPs).
  • Align tone, visuals, and messaging with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate on scripts, creative concepts, and publishing cadence.
  • Track engagement metrics and ensure content quality.

2. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Define and refine brand positioning, values, voice, and visual direction.
  • Work with leadership on long-term brand strategies.
  • Support brand architecture, sub-branding, or rebranding projects.\

3. Brand Campaigns & Content Production

  • Ideate and manage branding campaigns (seasonal, thematic, product-based).
  • Guide creation of videos, digital ads, and visual materials.
  • Plan and oversee brand activations (events, sponsorships, collaborations).

4. Agency & Vendor Management

  • Main contact for creative and branding agencies.
  • Review proposals, brief partners, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Approve outputs and manage timelines/budgets.

5. Brand Governance

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage brand playbook, assets, and approval processes.

 
Core Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years' experience in branding, social media, KOL, or campaign management.
  • Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
  • Confident in pitching ideas and reviewing creative assets.
  • Skilled communicator with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Data-driven approach to content performance and audience engagement.

 
Job Requirements

  • Proven portfolio of branding or content campaigns (links welcomed).
  • Willingness to work in a 
    fast-paced, creative environment
    .
  • Ambition to grow into Creative Lead within 1–2 years.
  • Fluent in 
    Mandarin
     to effectively communicate with 
    Mandarin-speaking clients (speaking, writing and reading required)
