We're looking for a Brand & Creative Planner to join our Brand & Creative team, the people behind how Teleport looks, feels, and connects across every touchpoint. Your mission is to help the team work faster and smarter by optimising workflows, improving coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration between creatives, marketeers, and other teams. You'll be the structure behind the creativity, making sure ideas move as efficiently as our deliveries.
This role is ideal for someone who's organised, thoughtful, and thrives in structure, yet enjoys being part of a creative team that moves fast. You're collaborative and proactive, always ready to take on what's needed to keep things moving. You'll be based at our Wisma Capital A, Damansara Heights office and report directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.

A DAY IN A LIFE
You can expect your days to be dynamic and fast-paced, no two days will be the same. You'll sit at the core of how the Brand & Creative team operates, connecting ideas, people, and processes to help the team deliver impactful work faster and more efficiently.
That said, the bulk of your working hours will involve:
Deliverable and Project Management
- Develop and oversee the workflow for receiving, reviewing, and assigning briefs to the right creative owners, ensuring efficient execution, clear communication, and full visibility across projects.
- Manage and track the flow of creative work across campaigns, social media, merchandise, and brand assets to ensure timely delivery.
- Align priorities and timelines between the Brand & Creative team, marketers, and other stakeholders to keep all projects moving smoothly.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure final outputs meet brand, creative, and technical requirements, including correct formats, specifications, and delivery standards before release.
Coordination and Logistics
- Plan and coordinate logistics related to Brand & Creative initiatives, including production shoots and internal brand activations.
- Manage communication and timelines between internal teams, vendors, and creative partners.
- Oversee asset housekeeping, and approvals related to creative execution.
- Maintain a bird's-eye view of the Brand & Creative team's workload and allocate deliverables based on capacity and expertise.
Internal Engagement and Enablement
- Drive internal brand activations that build company culture such as engagement campaigns, contests, and creative showcases in collaboration with the employee engagement team.
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and shared resources that support brand consistency and enable the team to work faster and smarter.
- Optimise Notion, Canva, and other workflows to streamline creative requests, reviews, and asset delivery.
Process and Optimisation
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve the team's processes, proposing practical solutions that enhance speed and collaboration.
- Establish clear systems for tracking assets, deliverables, and timelines to ensure visibility and accountability across projects.
Maintain regular cadences for updating brand assets, creative tools, and documentation to ensure they remain current and relevant. - Developing scalable, repeatable processes that enable the team to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
These are minimum-requirement skills and a must-have for the role:
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, or creative planner (agency or in-house).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with project or workflow management tools such as Notion.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while keeping quality intact.
These are skills that are nice-to-have and will make you stand out:
- Understanding of brand marketing, content, or creative design processes.
- Experience supporting logistics for shoots, campaigns, or marketing activations.
- Resourcefulness in solving operational challenges and anticipating team needs.
- A positive, people-first attitude that brings clarity and calm under pressure.
