Job Description:

We are seeking a high morale, passionate new colleague graduate to join our dynamic team as product engineer. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise with our products, improving existing products quality.

Responsibilities:

• Product support/ maintenance: Handle product sustaining activities which include driving product performance. Manage to provide engineering support and oversight to resolve manufacturing and quality-related issues with existing products.
• Issue Investigation: Collaborate with worldwide teams to investigate and understand the root causes of the product issues and failures.
• Evaluate and Analysis: Manage to assess and analyze data based on available information to diagnose and go through resolution processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps and solutions. Contribute to knowledge bases guides for future reference.
• Collaboration: Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation and issues identification.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Problem-solving abilities: Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for solving technical challenges.
• Critical-thinking skills: Assessing risks, identify the root causes of complex problems.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English in both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with worldwide team members and provide clear explanations.
• Adaptability and learning mindset: Openness to learning, receiving guidance, adapting to new technologies and processes. The ability to work in a dynamic and evolving technical environment.
• Willingness and desire to learn (self-learner) and to stretch competencies.
• Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is crucial for accurately documenting issues, steps taken and solutions provided.
• Team Player: An eagerness to work in a team setting, collaborate and learn from experienced team members
