Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong track record of driving product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product performance, quality, and cost throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify, investigate, perform root cause analysis, and resolve product-related issues in manufacturing and testing.
• Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and cycle time optimization initiatives.
• Lead product qualification activities and ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Test, Application, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning) to sustain existing products.
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor testing, assembly, packaging, and wafer fabrication processes.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers on product-related matters.
• Perform data analysis and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical tools to analyze product and manufacturing data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides.
• Execute any other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and yield improvement.
• Hands-on experience with product qualification, failure analysis, and reliability improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and sites.
• Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
