Job description:

1. Event Coordination

  • Assist in the execution of in-store marketing events by coordinating activation flows and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communicate with key-stake holder. Manage manpower arrangements for events, including scheduling and on-site support.
  • Source, liaise, and coordinate with third-party vendors, including food & beverage suppliers, any activation & workshop vendors.
  • Handle quotations, documentation, and payment terms for vendor arrangements.

2. Marketing Communication

  • Propose marketing communication plans with all on going sales & promotion including WhatsApp Copies to Retail Associate.
  • Sharing assets to Retail Associate & monitor Retail Associate posting for Social Media.
  • Liaise with creative department to ensure timely delivery of required assets.

3. Sales Mechanism & Activation Proposal

  • Propose sales mechanism and engage in-store activation concepts.
  • Collaborate with retail and marketing communication team to refine ideas.

4. Mall Marketing Coordination

  • Act as main contact for mall marketing team to communicate ongoing sales and promotions.
  • Leverage mall platforms to amplify campaign visibility and reach.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Analyze and segment CRM data based on demographics to tailor communication plans.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of communication strategies targeting specific customer segments.
  • Conduct sales analysis to identify top spenders.
  • Manage gifting arrangements for top spenders, ensuring personalized and meaningful interactions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Flexible, agile and driven with positive attitude to overcome challenges.
