Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will support the company's marketing initiatives, helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through execution of campaigns and digital marketing efforts. This role involves assisting in strategy implementation, managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and contributing to content creation and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate business goals into effective marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Execution

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Support brand positioning efforts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Campaigns & Communications

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
  • Assist in content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing metrics, ROI, and other KPIs to the marketing manager or senior team.
  • Support data-driven decision making to improve marketing effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & Innovation

  • Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, new platforms, and competitive activities.
  • Contribute ideas to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.

Budget & Team Support

  • Support the management of marketing resources and track campaign expenses.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
  • Participate in team activities, learning and contributing to professional growth within the department.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology sectors, blockchain, AI.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful, integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of brand development, creative direction, and campaign execution across digital and offline channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Chineses.
