Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a remote-first position, but it is essential that you are comfortable and equipped to travel for in-person meetings as required. You will be the driving force behind generating new leads, building brand awareness, and closing deals, often acting as the face of LesQ with clients and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Lead Management: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Client & Management Liaison: Conduct regular in-person meetings with potential clients, key accounts, and internal company directors/managers to present strategies, report on performance, and align on goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and sales metrics, using data to optimize performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a combined sales and marketing role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and senior management in person.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for meetings and presentations as needed. (Must have own reliable transportation).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin language is preferred
