What you'll actually do day-to-day:

Sit in on founder meetings and capture insights that drive their next moves

Help entrepreneurs solve real business challenges by connecting them to mentors, investors, and experts

Research the coolest, fastest-growing startups in Malaysia

Support founders going through Endeavor's selection process — from preparing materials to coordinating global panels

Help run roundtables, networking sessions and events (where founders actually show up and share real stories)

Work closely with an agile team that moves fast and values your input

Build relationships with C-level leaders, ecosystem partners, and global mentors

Make things happen — coordinating intros, follow-ups, opportunities, and impactful founder experiences

What We're Looking For:

  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    with
    1–5 years of relevant experience
    , ideally in business
  • development, relationship management, corporate development, key account
  • management, or as an analyst.
  • Strong business acumen
    – able to quickly understand business models, performance
  • metrics, and key challenges across various industries.
  • A deep
    curiosity and eagerness to learn
    about the entrepreneurial ecosystem and
  • how businesses scale across different verticals and models.
  • Excellent communication skills
    , both written and verbal, in
    English
    and preferably
  • one or more
    Malaysian vernacular languages
    (e.g., Malay, Mandarin, Tamil).
  • Strong
    interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
    , with the ability to build
  • trusted relationships and drive community engagement with Endeavor Entrepreneurs
  • and partners.
  • A
    collaborative team player
    who is also comfortable working independently in a
  • fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Digitally savvy
    – proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; bonus if familiar with
  • Salesforce, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Highly
    organized
    with strong attention to detail, capable of managing admin support and
  • project coordination seamlessly.
  • Willing to travel
    for events, meetings, or ecosystem engagements when needed.
