Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Proptech Marketing Associate. The Proptech Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, creating and executing marketing strategies, developing and managing campaigns, and collaborating with real estate agents to identify business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing projects to ensure timely delivery and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Have interest in adapting and expanding the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in local consumer market and SME businesses
  • Have interest and experience in business development-related activities especially for Startup companies
  • Proficiency in conducting detailed Market Research and identifying market trends
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Content Creation to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  • Preferably a working background in real estate development and management, ecommerce, banking, consumer product marketing such as FMCG, technology sector or similar industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic Startup environment
