About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Training Asia' as a Business Services Associate. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and client-facing operations of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Customer Service:

  • Responding to inquiries from potential leads and existing clients.
  • Providing information about training programs, schedules, and fees.
  • Assisting with the registration and enrollment process.

Data Management:

  • Maintaining databases of clients, training records, and feedback.
  • Preparing reports and analysing data to improve training programs.

Administrative Support:

  • Support Business Support functions.

Project Management

  • Supporting the planning and execution of new training initiatives.
  • Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.

Marketing and Communication (Optional):

  • Content building for both digital & physical (pictures, videos, flyers, bunting etc.)
  • Managing social media accounts and updating the company website.
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Coordinating promotional events and activities.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably in the training or professional services industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when required
