We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced
Consultant
with a strong business process foundation. You will play a key role in leading NetSuite projects, working closely with Supply Chain Managers, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, and key business stakeholders across F&B, retail, and distribution industries.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation cycles — from requirements gathering to go-live & post-implementation support
  • Drive solution design and configuration across Finance and related modules
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and best-practice processes
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and present confidently to C-suite and finance leadership
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to clients and junior team members
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years
    experience in ERP consulting, Oracle NetSuite preferred
  • 2–3 full-cycle ERP implementations
    completed successfully
  • Hands-on post-go-live support experience
  • Strong accounting/finance background —
    CPA/ACCA/MIA is a plus
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships at senior levels
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with F&B, retail, or distribution clients
  • Exposure to process automation or AI-driven finance workflows
  • NetSuite certifications
